A city street at golden hour with the Signify sign lit on a glass storefront

Your business has weight.

It shouldn’t get lost in the noise.

It’s time the street felt it.

We design your sign from across the street.

Nobody reads your sign on a laptop. They read it from the sidewalk, from a car at the light, from the far end of the lot after dark. So that’s where we start: we measure the facade, check the sight lines from the street and put the sign on a photo of your building at its real size before anything is cut.

It’s the biggest logo you’ll ever own. It should read like one.

How it works

  1. Pencil sketch of a storefront sign on a drafting desk with markers and pens
    01

    Survey and design

We measure the facade, check the sight lines from the street and draw the sign to scale on a photo of your building.

  2. Scaled proof drawing of a storefront sign
    02

    Proofs and permits

You approve a proof with exact sizes, colours and materials. We prepare the drawings the town asks for with the permit application.

  3. Welder joining metal in a dark shop, sparks flying
    03

    Fabrication

Letters are cut, formed, wired and finished in the shop, then lit on the bench before they leave.

  4. Installer in a hard hat working from a boom lift against a concrete facade
    04

    Installation

We mount it level, wire it to code and switch it on before we leave.

What we build

Seven ways to put your name on a building.

From one blade sign over the door to the whole storefront.

Halo-lit letters glowing from behind on a dark wall

Halo-lit letters

Lit from behind, so each letter floats on a ring of light.

Front-lit channel letters on a storefront

Channel letters

Lit faces that read as clearly at midnight as at noon.

Blade sign projecting from a building facade

Blade signs

Sticks out from the wall, so people see it walking either way.

Neon sign glowing at night

Neon

Glass and LED neon you can spot from a block away.

Carved and hand-finished sign panel

Carved signs

Routed and hand-finished panels for homes, estates and parks.

Push-through acrylic letters lit from within a routed face

Push-through

Acrylic letters pushed through a routed face for a crisp glow.

Raised dimensional letters stood off a wall

Raised letters

Letters stood off the wall, so they cast their own shadow.

Send us a photo of the wall. We’ll show you the sign on it.

A photo and a rough width is all we need to start.

  • A scaled mockup on your storefront photo
  • Permit drawings prepared for the town
  • Every letter lit on the bench before it ships

Questions we get every week.

Short answers. Call for the long ones.

Do I need a permit?

Almost always, for anything on the outside of the building. We prepare the drawings the town asks for and you file them with the application.

Lit or unlit?

If you’re open after dark, lit. Halo-lit letters are the quiet, premium option. Front-lit channel letters are the brightest.

How long does it take?

Design and proofs take days. Fabrication depends on the sign, permits depend on the town. We give you a date before we start.

My logo is complicated. Will it work?

We rebuild it at sign scale so thin strokes and small text still read from the street, and you see the proof before anything is cut.

Can you fix a sign you didn’t build?

Usually. Ask us about re-lamping, LED retrofits, repairs and new faces.
